2. Acceptance of these Terms

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

3. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. Products

Our products are made to order. Unless explicitly stated, products are not personalised. Product images are illustrative only. Colours, print placement and sizing may vary slightly.

5. Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. We may refuse or cancel orders due to payment issues, pricing errors, stock or suspected fraud.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in GBP (£). Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment providers. We do not store payment card details.

7. Production and Fulfilment

Apparel is fulfilled primarily by Printful. Greeting cards are fulfilled primarily by Prodigi. Production begins after an order is accepted.

8. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by couriers, customs or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility. Risk transfers on delivery. Ownership transfers once payment has been received in full.

9. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receipt with supporting photographs where requested. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Consumer Rights

Where UK consumer legislation applies, your statutory rights remain unaffected. Cancellation rights may differ for goods produced to order or otherwise exempt under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All OTLY 869 branding, logos, artwork, designs, product descriptions and website content remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

12. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

14. International Orders

Customers outside the UK are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and compliance with local laws.

15. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.

18. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
