Thank you for shopping with OTLY 869. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Production Times

All of our products are personalised and made-to-order.

Orders are sent to our fulfilment partners (including Printful and Inkthreadable) once payment has been confirmed.

Production typically takes 2–7 working days, depending on the product and seasonal demand.

During busy periods (such as holidays), production times may be longer.

2. Delivery Times

Once produced, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 working days
  • Europe: 3–10 working days
  • Rest of World: 5–15 working days

These are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping prices where courier rates change.

4. International Orders – Customs & Duties

For international deliveries:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by your country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
  • If an order is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, we are not obliged to issue a refund.

5. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels.
  • You may be required to pay additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

6. Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us through the contact form on our website or email
customer@otly869.co.uk.

We may:

  • Investigate with the courier
  • Request confirmation of your delivery details
  • Require you to wait a reasonable period before declaring a parcel lost

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

7. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods transfers once full payment has been received.

8. Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.
